Is there a point to being able to post using LJ Talk? If you're anyplace where you can use the program, can't you also get to the site to post normally?

I haven't used LJ Talk yet, so everything I say is colored by my ignorance...

But that indeed sounds redunkulus.

I wonder if they'd not included that feature, people would be posting instead about how they wish it would be easier to post parts of chats.
